بهبود حکمرانی اقتصادی و رویارویی با تکانش‌های اقتصادی با رویکرد مقاوم‌سازی اقتصاد

چکیده

این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل انواع تکانش‌های اقتصادی، بحران‌های مرتبط، و نقش حکمرانی اقتصادی در مقاوم‌سازی اقتصاد پرداخته است. ابتدا انواع تکانش‌ها و بحران‌های اقتصادی شامل تحولات داخلی و خارجی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته، و تأثیرات آن‌ها بر اقتصاد بررسی شده است. به تحریم‌ها به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل خارجی تکانش‌های اقتصادی توجه ویژه‌ای معطوف، و چگونگی مدیریت بحران‌ها در شرایط تحریم تحلیل شده است. در ادامه تجربه چند کشور موفق در رویارویی با بحران‌های اقتصادی و سیاست‌های مؤثر آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این کشورها با اجرای اصلاحات ساختاری، سیاست‌های مالی و پولی منسجم و تقویت نظارت بر بخش مالی توانسته‌اند به موفقیت‌های قابل توجهی در مدیریت بحران‌ها دست یابند. این پژوهش  به ارائه پیشنهادها برای بهبود حکمرانی اقتصادی بر اساس مقاوم‌سازی اقتصاد نیز می‌پردازد که این پیشنهادها شامل اجرای اصلاحات ساختاری، تقویت بخش خصوصی، تنوع اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه است. در پایان الگوی پیشنهادی برای ایران ارائه شده است که بر اساس تجارب موفق جهانی و نیازهای خاص کشور طراحی شده است. این پژوهش با تحلیل دقیق تجارب بین‌المللی و ارائه پیشنهادهای کاربردی، به ارائه راهکارهایی برای تقویت حکمرانی اقتصادی و افزایش مقاومت اقتصاد در برابر بحران‌ها و تکانش‌ها می‌پردازد. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع کاربردی ـ توسعه ای و به لحاظ روش مروری است و با بررسی ادبیات و پژوهش‌های پیشین به‌دست آمده است.
