This research focuses on the governance of Prophet Abraham (AS) and, relying on the method of contrasting concepts and using the method of content analysis, presents a four-dimensional model for the Islamic governance system. The findings indicate that Islamic governance is based on four axes: doctrinal, ethical, jurisprudential, and empirical. Doctrinal governance, emphasizing principles such as monotheism, determines the divine legitimacy of the system. Ethical governance is a peace of mind to prevent tyranny and strengthen public trust. Jurisprudential governance, citing the Hanif religion, provides an institutional framework for the realization of justice and social order. Empirical governance, relying on strategies such as planning and influencing public opinion, transforms theoretical principles into operational measures. The synergistic analysis of these axes shows that the absence of any of them leads to structural deficiencies in the system. For example, jurisprudential governance without ethics becomes dry legalism, and empirical governance without a doctrinal orientation becomes aimless pragmatism. By presenting a hierarchical integration model, this research shows that Islamic governance is not only capable of responding to the material and spiritual needs of complex societies, but also, by combining "monotheistic justice", "collective morality", and "empirical rationality", it is considered a leading model for contemporary governments.
