The development of social networks in the society and the wide use of various types of application software on the topic of social networks has led to the production of valuable data in this field, and the need to govern these data is unavoidable, and examining the manner and model of governing these data is an issue that This research has been addressed. The approach of the current research is qualitative, the meta-composite method has been used to evaluate scientific resources. After examining the types of models and patterns of data governance, these patterns have been summarized, summarized and compared in the form of a table, and their main components have been compiled at a glance. Based on the results of the comparison of models and authoritative sources, a preliminary model was presented, and a comprehensive and final model was presented by interviewing experts and applying their points of view and suggestions. The presented model has three dimensions (people, system and process, territory and assets) and fifteen components. The components have been prioritized based on the opinions of experts and specialists in this field. The results of the prioritization of the components indicate that the components of national trust, partnership and synergy, data security, technology and data science, data services, human capital and data economy have the highest importance.
