The scientific journal "Transcendent Governance" has been published regularly every three months since the spring of 2019 by the Shahid Beheshti Higher School of Governance, with the authorization of the Research and Technology Council of the National Defense University and the publication license number 86424 dated 02/15/2019 from the Deputy for Press and Information Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. The aim of this journal is to provide a suitable platform for the exchange of information and the publication of the results of scientific and specialized studies and research by scientists, professors, researchers and students in areas related to governance in order to improve their theoretical and scientific knowledge and to prepare a useful collection. The quarterly scientific journal "Transcendent Governance" pursues its goals in the direction of realizing the ideal of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, looking at the requirements of modern governance, and relying on religious values and previous experiences of governance.
With the mission of creating discourse, promoting the status and deepening Islamic and indigenous studies in the field of governance, Shahid Beheshti School of Governance has taken the initiative to publish the quarterly journal “Excellent Governance” to create an opportunity for a link between the scientific field and the governance system and to help strengthen and improve the level of governance knowledge of rulers and researchers with a new perspective. This scientific journal, edited by Dr. Lotf Ali Bakhtiari, was granted a license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and has now achieved a “B” rating in the assessment of the year 1402 according to the regulations of the scientific publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

This quarterly journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange.
