The concept of "Jihadist rule" was theoretically explained. The findings show that the model of jihadi governance with the centrality and centrality of the concept of jihad in its general sense, in terms of its foundations and origins, the concept of effectiveness and the place of jihad and the struggle of the rulers in it, is different from other introduced models, even native models, and the aforementioned indicators are considered to be part of its essence. becomes
