Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to design a Self-Management Model with an Emphasis on the School of Thought of Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani with the Approach of Realizing the Sovereignty of Human Resources. It placed. The research method of the study was conducted in the field of qualitative research using thematic analysis method. The research data, texts, notes and previous researches are conducted in the field of designing a self-management model in order to realize the governance of human resources with an emphasis on the school of thought of Martyr Qassem Soleimani. The results of data analysis led to the identification of 153 codes (indices), 14 concepts and 5 categories. According to the results of the research, the dimensions of designing a model of self-management in order to realize the governance of human resources, emphasizing the school of thought of martyr Qassem Soleimani in five categories: mental-psychological management (self-knowledge, self-evaluation, self-control, self-confidence and thinking power), physical-physical management (movement physical, physical beauty and physical health), behavior-personality management (inner characteristics and communication characteristics), spiritual-belief management (spiritual-belief attitude and spiritual-belief behavior) and self-education management (personal development and professional development) were divided.
