The economic requirements and requirements of optimal provincial governance in the framework of the resistance economy approach ​

Provincial economic governance is considered as one of the key concepts in the system of economic progress at the macro-national level due to its importance in managing economic issues and increasing the level of the capabilities of the provinces. The effort to achieve the economic goals announced at the provincial levels as the operational environment for the implementation of announced policies is the most important platform for advancing the concept of economic governance. What is of great importance in promoting economic governance at the provincial level is the type of approach that is used. The concept of resistance economy with a different approach from other western economic theories and having the conceptual and executive tools available in it can help the provincial economic governance in theoretical and executive dimensions. The question of the current research is how to explain the conceptual relationship between the resistance economy approach and the concept of provincial economic governance? In response to the above question, the following hypothesis is proposed that the conceptual ratio of resistance economy approach and provincial economic governance is summarized in the conceptual triangle of popular economic participation, jihadi management software and upstream documents.
