Effective features in the popularization of security governance (with emphasis on the statements of the Supreme Leader)

Abstract

With the aim of identifying the effective factors in the popularization of security governance in the Islamic Republic (based on the statements of the supreme authority of the province), the author in this article has tried to identify and count the total characteristics that affect the popularization of security governance by using the statements of the supreme leader, from Therefore, the research method was descriptive, the type of research based on the goal was developmental, and the method of data collection was library. Thematic analysis method and MAXQDA software were used to analyze the information. The author's findings show that according to characteristics such as "decentralization of decision-making, attention to people's demands, intellectual persuasion and avoidance of imposition, respect for people's rights, recognition of people's wishes and needs, avoidance of groupism, accountability, correct policy making, service, rationalism, use From expert capacity, the ability of policymakers/executives, the openness of laws/policies, the provision of social justice, transparency, trusting/believing in the people, honesty with the people, not looking down, developing social understanding, tolerance of the opposition, the simplicity of statesmen, The organized presence of the people as mobilization in different scenes, people's field, regulation, religious orientation and fight against corruption" and their use in the security governance of the country will have the sublime attribute of "people's"; An attribute that implies satisfaction, security, political stability, social order, growth and excellence, prosperity and trust.
