The desired goal of politics is the well-being of society in the direction of public good. Of course, this well-being requires the formulation of moral and legal issues; And this requires "governance technique". There is a big difference between the classical era, modern era and Islamic thought in the formulation of governance technique. While the Greeks understood technique (techne) in connection with the truth of Phocis, modern man considers himself to be the creator of the truth of sovereignty by breaking away from metaphysics. Contrary to the popularized modern thought that views religion through the lens of politics and deprives governance of its theological meaning, the political theory of the Islamic Republic tries to follow politics from the path of religion by reviving the place of metaphysics in governance. The result is that the religious matter has a prior position in the development of the political matter and has a direct effect on the emergence of the legal matter. The claim of this article is that the political issue in the Islamic Republic has only been able to reproduce the metaphysics of political theology. However, in terms of implementation, he has not been able to properly formulate the governance technique in the physics of power according to his new political theory. In the absence of tools and techniques appropriate to the metaphysical justifications of governance on the one hand and the necessity of action in the context of a conflicting world policy, the result is that policies and practices instead of relying on the truth of political theology, suffer from everyday chaos
