Abstract

In the era of globalization and global governance, theories of good governance are widely used, and its inconsistency and compatibility with the cultural and political indicators of Islamic societies prompted Islamic thinkers to explain the concept of transcendental governance and its components on the structure. The problems of a government should be modeled after the prophetic governance style and luxurious lifestyle. In this essay, firstly, " exalted governance and good governance" and its components are examined with a "descriptive-analytical" method, and then in the next step, "the effects of decentralization on economic and cultural indicators in the country's political classifications and how it works." "Empowering the government to achieve excellent governance" has been researched with the approach of statistical data analysis and finally, a perspective based on the analysis of trends for prioritizing management and strategic policy making in this area has been presented. .
